Transit, Gentrification & Community Resilience

QuestionHow do new subway stations affect residential mobility and the evolution of commercial landscapes in surrounding neighborhoods across different racial and income groups?

MethodA difference-in-differences (DID) analysis using a decade of property transactions, census, and business-license data from Los Angeles County.
